Richard Williams and his team, created Williams Estate Agents in 2004.

Before this, he managed a branches for the largest UK Estate Agents. 

After experiencing a number of methods to sell property, Richard felt the need, to create his own model. One that offered a no nonsense focus, by putting  customers first. 

From experience, we have learnt how to achieve the best price for our clients, while always being fair to our buyers.
