Williams Selling More Property

Williams recently took a look at Rightmove, and found an interesting stat. We looked at the top 7 agents in the area and compared their sales agreed to sold properties. We found that one agent in particular, who makes very bold claims about their success, actually only has 17% of their properties sold. 

The reason behind this, from viewing their stock is that they overprice and under deliver with inexperienced negotiation staff. Williams are obviously delighted with our current rate of  55% of property sold. Why? The main reason is that in a tough market, with many Macro events affecting peoples appetite to buy. Williams are still successfully selling. We are very aware that our viewing levels are extremely low compared to our historic figures. So our vendors do need to understand it is a tough market and they will not have 100’s of viewers. Which some cheeky agents obviously claim will happen if you ‘swap’ to them.
